The controlling baseline and proposed asset direction answer different questions and must not be blended into one unsupported claim.

Proposed, not approvedEvidence roadmap
The order is designed to retire customer, physical, safety, supplier, regulatory and financing risk before full flight spend.

Future compatibility review
This generic scene represents separation-fixture metrology and fairing-envelope review. It is not the canonical Sirona spacecraft, a flight unit, a completed fit check or evidence of a launch-provider relationship.
Twenty times
M20 is a design target awaiting external validation. It compares an entire customer workflow on the same truth set, mission boundary and fully burdened lifecycle cost.
No measured 20 times advantage is claimed today. The scorecard is a design and validation target.
