Reporting channel
Send the affected component, a concise impact summary and a safe reply address to ramesh@zeromatter.space. Do not include secrets in the initial message.
Before reporting
Avoid privacy violations, service disruption, data destruction, social engineering and access beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue.
What to include
Provide reproduction steps, impact and relevant logs after establishing an appropriate exchange route. Minimise personal or operational data.
Response
Sirona will review reports sent through the stated channel. No bounty, safe-harbour commitment or response time is promised on this pre-flight website.
Public disclosure
Coordinate publication until the issue can be assessed and a reasonable remediation path is agreed.
